Engel uses a Micro-Processor Controller, with software which controls machine functions. The M-III516UC Compact III Coiline® System includes two(2) drop-in cradles with a maximum capacity of 10,000 lbs. per station. You can order any optional cradle system including top-of-the-line, low profile cradles or Engel's Multi-Level Cradles. The system will process 5' (1524 mm) galvanized steel into blanks for your plasma machine or notched blanks for "L" Section or Full Wrap ductwork. Cut-To Length accuracy is +/- .020" (+/- 0.5 mm), 60 FPM High Speed.

Engel's Coiline®III blanking, notching and beading system incorporates all of the functions and many of the features of our Unitized Compact Coiline® in a lower priced package. The system can either be a stand alone or the start of a fully Automatic Duct Fabricating System with TDF®. Our Straightener, with four (4) large diameter rolls, will remove coil set from either under or overfed coils. The system is fully hydraulic including a heavy duty cylinder shear with bronze gibs. The low profile notchers will notch for S&Drive, TDF®, Pittsburgh or Snaplock. Ring type beading is in accordance with SMACNA Standards. The self-contained hydraulic powered unit, with its reservoir tank, is mounted safely within the solid side frame plates.
